Handling Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday – Saturday) before being dispatched.
Transit Time:
Once shipped, deliveries usually take 7–8 business days (Monday – Saturday) depending on your destination and the carrier.
Total Delivery Time:
The estimated total timeframe for receiving your order is 9–11 business days.
Shipping Cost:
We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders, and orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping.
Carriers:
To guarantee timely and secure delivery, we partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local postal services.
Important Notes:
The timeframes mentioned above apply to orders shipped within the U.S. using standard shipping methods.
Currently, we are unable to deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
While most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated time, these timeframes are approximate and may vary based on individual circumstances, item availability, or high-volume periods.
Large or bulk orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be dispatched separately to ensure safe and secure delivery. Free shipping offers do not apply to these orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your order’s journey.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided within 72 hours of order confirmation.
A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available immediately, it means your package has not yet been scanned. Tracking updates will appear as soon as it’s in the carrier’s system.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always here to help.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as ShoePo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
If you request forwarding or redirection from the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
